FallCon 2012

This last weekend was one of Aaron's favorite weekends of the year: FallCon, a boardgaming convention here in Calgary.  Considering we own over 100 boardgames (a current list to come soon), we are definitely boardgame geeks and have to attend.  This is my third year, Aaron's sixth, and Aria's first.  We were able to play a lot of games, buy some new ones, sell some old ones, and hang out with friends.  Such a good weekend!

 

First game we played: Doodle Dice. I'm putting this on my Christmas list. 
It will be good to play with Aria in just a few years.

Dice Town.  I lost horribly.

Enchanted Forest is a kid friendly game that uses your memory.

We had Aria's help rolling dice while playing Martian Dice.
I enjoy playing it, but Aaron never has luck on his side.

Snapshot is a flicking fun game with obstacles.

I wouldn't mind building another zoo in Zooloretto again.

We got many comments about what a good baby she was! 
She really was wonderful and let us play lots of games.

But it wasn't so bad when he managed to sell one for the same price.

to sell some old games we don't play anymore. 
Sold seven, bought four.  Will do this again next year!
