Aaron had made these while in school, and was determined to do them again. Turkey pate en croute! Turkey breast, ground chicken and turkey, cranberries and chestnuts all wrapped up in bacon and a crust. Serve cold.
The outside is pretty ..
.. and the inside too!

hrm, eating cold doesn't sound too appetizing, but everything with a open mind...looks stunning, and obviously if you've made it again it has to be yummy!
