A week after getting the FBI results in the mail, we got everything else done. The last few forms, information from the Canada Revenue Agency, the medical exam (including chest x-ray, bloodwork and a pee test), and getting a few more pictures (since the medical stuff required three, and I needed two more for the original application). Check, check, check, check, and check. Went through the document checklist to make sure I had it all, put it neatly in an envelope, and away it went. Done. Now I just get to wait six months for it all to be processed. If they have questions or need more information they contact me, but for now, it's out of my hands. HOORAY!
So now I can focus on Christmas, right?
